Refund policy

Returns You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at edzane.rdz@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us won't be accepted. Return shipping If you change your mind, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover it. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping was free, so there are no shipping charges to refund. Exchanges Need a different size or color? Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it.
